A collaborative event in which we recollected "food waste" from a local Market supplier. These vegetables and fruits were considered waste but could still be eaten. We wanted to have an open conversation around our food waste and how we can be able to reduce it. What uses can we give to this produce that's starting to go bad? How can we make the most out of our food and have minimum waste?

We gathered people from different cultural backgrounds so we could come up with creative and nostalgic recipes that make the most out of what we have.


There were other activities as well that helped us question how we buy and consume our ingredients. Also some workshops on how to use our food scraps for something else like fertilizer or art!
